Phase OneTo accurately gauge the scope of your design needs and discuss the details of our process, we meet on-site or over the phone. Initial fees will be collected should the process move forward.

Phase TwoAn information-gathering phase, we’ll gather measurements, floor plans, and inspiration photos to begin the design process. Revisions and approvals will be made prior to purchase of materials or fee collection.

Phase ThreeAt this point, any construction begins and orders are placed for furnishings and accessories.

Phase FourAfter construction is complete, installation of furnishings and final styling can begin. This is the most exciting stage as we transform your space according to the approved design plan and prepare for the final reveal.

Phase FiveAt the reveal, we do a final walk-through to pinpoint and resolve any concerns. Pending invoices will be paid in full and we kindly ask for your review and feedback. Then, it’s time to enjoy your beautiful new space with friends and family!

Ideal for the ambitious DIY-er who needs a little guidance with space planning and product sourcing, our Virtual Services offer the tools needed to execute the design vision at your own convenience.
Included in this service: Video Call, Floorplan, Style Boards, Customized Shopping List, Notes & Recommendations, plus one Revision.
FULL FURNISHING & STYLING
Intended for those who have a complete space but want to bring it to life through furnishings and styling. Hue Solstice will create a comprehensive design plan within budget and install it down to the smallest detail.
Included in this service: On-Site Consultation up to two hours (within 20 miles from Santa Rosa, CA), Mood Board Design, Floor Plans, Sourced Items (Furniture, Rug & Decorative Lighting Selection), Space Planning, Finish & Fixture Selection, Artwork & Accessory Selection, Design Budget Forecast.
REMODEL & CONSTRUCTION
From the first consultation to the final installation, our team is immersed in every detail of your project to create your ideal home.
Included: On-Site Consultation, Design Phase, Complete Material Selection, Purchasing and Receiving, Project Management, and Installation and Styling.
